I have some rules before DM:

  • Do not send “Hello” without adding why you are sending a message.

  • Friend requests are always welcome!

  • I'll do not answer to sexual o sexting requests or free-drawing requests.

  • Questions are always welcome!

  • Do not spam.

For buying my art, you must read and agree to my terms of service.
I'm not responsible for any misunderstanding or failure to read my terms. You always can ask if you just do not understad some of my terms.
If you break my terms, you will be blacklisted.

My rights

  • I have the right to refuse or deny any commission without explanation.

  • I have the right to refund any commission when I want to without explanation.

  • I have the right to post/use any artwork I make as an example of my work on any webside. (I will not resell your commission for anything in the world, your commission is yours and I do not have the right to sell it under any circumstances, except to use it in a portfolio or to promote my work as an artist).

  • I have the right to price my art however i'd like.

  • I have the right to update (add or take away) my prices and commission types.

You may:

  • Repost the art on any website without creditme.

  • Edit the art however you like if you are the current owner. (*)

  • Use the art noncommercially.

You may NOT:

  • Sell my art in ANY way ore use it commercially (Stoc like: stickers, shirts, sold comics, etc.)

  • Claim my work as your own.

  • Trace my artwork.

  • Use my art work as an NFT.

  • (*)You can't crop or edit my watermark when using my art, you can ask me to move it but you can't ask me to remove it.

General

  • You can communicate with me trough Instagram or my email [email protected].

  • For send me DM for istagram email, You should have already read and accepted all my terms!

  • My commissions normally take up one or two weeks to start and complete, but if unforeseen situation come up, it could take longer.

  • I DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS!. Usually I take the weekwnds for myself and my family. Don't get overwhelmed if I don't answer on weekends, I'm sure I'm having a good time with friends and family.

  • Once I have begun working on your commission you may not ask for a character change.

  • If you're being too aggressive, disrespectfull or difficult to work with I will refund and cancel your commission. Spare me the trouble of having to blacklist you.

  • Do not spam me, if you send me multiple messages demanding my immediately attention, that will put you in my blacklist.

  • You may ask for updates whenever (without spam please!) Otherwise, i'll send you updates as I proogree¡ss on your commission.

  • Give me 24-48 hours to reply to your emails/messages. If I don't reply within that time, send another message to make sure I've recieved it.

  • Art delivery can be via email, drive, Toy House or deviantart!

  • Art can be sent in transparent png format ONLY if it is full / rendered, I do not send layer formats

  • Please read Payment on Commissions info!

Refund Policy

  • I only accept refunds if the work is not starting. If you want a refund and the job hasn't started yet, I'll refund you.

  • I will not accept refunds once I've begun linework.

  • I will accept refunds when I show yoy a sketch if you've decided you no longer wish to continue commissioning me, but you only get a 75% refund as compensaion since I've alredy begun working. You will receive the sketch file.

  • I have up to 72 hours to issue your refund after you've requested it. It will not be immediate and you may not demand it to be immediate. Sometimes it can take longer depending on the situation I'm in, but I will be sure to discuss that with you.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your finished product, please let me know! I do allow minor changes within reason to fix any mistakes I may have made. Please see "commission process" and read through the information there to learn about what changes I can and cannot do depending on what you've ordered. You have 24 hours to express this dissatisfaction. (Please don't pretend to love it, and then diss me later about your dissatisfaction.)

  • I will not allow chargebacks in any way unless there's proof of my negligence to give you a refund 72 hours after it was requested and you're eligible for a refund. You're only eligible for a refund before the linework has been finished.

  • If you open a chargeback to avoid my refund policy, I will blacklist you and make a public beware on my social medias to warn other artists. The artwork I made you will be forfeited and will be resold or utilized as compensation.

Blacklisting

  • I have the right to blacklist anyone for any reason. You don't have to be a commissioner, follower, or have any relation to me at all. If you're blocked, you're blacklisted.

  • When I blacklist you, I might give you a brief explanation of why and block you (unless you aren't a follower of mine and you don't know who I am) but it isn't my responsibility. If I feel it's obvious why I blocked you, I won't explain myself. This is not under discussion.

  • If you try to communicate with me further with an alt account or by a friend/family member, I will block the accounts trying to contact me and make a public beware.

  • If you're blacklisted, You aren't allowed to commission me, buy adopts, or own character designs of mine that you didn't previously own before being blocked/blacklisted.

  • Whatever art of mine you have before getting blacklisted are still yours.

  • You are still expected to follow my terms of service with art of mine you owned before being blacklisted. If I find out you've broken my terms with said art, I will make a public beware.
